Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Charles T. Wall serves as senior vice president of human resources. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s nationwide human resources strategies and programs.

Wall has held positions of increasing responsibility since joining United Water in 1996. Prior to that, he had 25 years of management experience in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution and retail industries. This included companies with up to 85,000 employees. Wall's fields of expertise include such areas as pension and welfare funds, benefits administration and labor relations. During his career he has negotiated more than 100 labor agreements with local and national labor organizations.

Wall holds a bachelor’s degree from the Empire State College of the State University of New York. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. He has also served as a board member of Blue Cross of Western New York and as a member of numerous jointly trusted retirement and welfare plans.
