Rate Case Info

On March 6, 2008, United Water Toms River filed an application with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) requesting a 59 cent-per-day ($17.64 a month) increase in water service for a typical customer. This is the company’s first rate increase request in 13 years (since 1995). Since 1995, United Water has invested $57.2 million in the water supply system to increase water quality and meet growing demand.
