HARRISBURG, PA – March 10, 2004 – United Water Pennsylvania's spring 2004 flushing program began on Monday, March 8, 2004 and will continue through June 2004, weather permitting. During periods of flushing some customers may experience temporary water discoloration while crews are working in their area. Flushing hydrants helps to maintain the integrity of the distribution system by keeping the water lines clean.
