Easy Options to Pay Your Bill
You have a number of choices when it comes to paying your bill. Please ensure that your payment reaches United Water by the due date shown on your bill.
Customer Billing
Online Bill Payment
You can pay your bill online through Western Union using your credit, debit or ATM card. Western Union Speedpay accepts Mastercard and Visa, and cards with the STAR, NYCE, or PULSE logo. You can also make a payment using your checking or savings account. There is a $5 convenience fee associated with any of these services. You will need your 14 digit account number and mailing zip code to complete your transaction.
Online Bill Payment through your bank account
If you pay online through your bank please note that our payment address is PO BOX 371804, Pittsburgh, PA 15250-7804. If you do not have the correct address in your records, payments may be significantly delayed in reaching United Water.
24 hour Payment Line
You can make an automated credit, debit, ATM or check by phone payment 24 hours a day through Western Union Speedpay by calling 1-888-608-6690. There is a $5 convenience fee associated with this service.
Direct Debit
United Water offers a direct debit payment program that allows you to have your water charges automatically deducted from your checking or savings account free of charge.
To take advantage of this service simply download the enrollment form.
Budget Billing
United Water's budget billing plan lets you pay the same amount each month for your water bill. For information call our Customer Service Center at 1-877-426-8969.
