United Water officials announced that Anna Maria Delizeth Brennan, a resident of Hoboken, New Jersey, has joined the company as director of diversity and inclusion. In this capacity, she is responsible for providing vision, strategy and leadership related to the company’s nationwide diversity and inclusion program. Brennan will ensure that the company attains its goals and objectives related to employees, suppliers, clients and the communities it serves.

Prior to joining United Water, Brennan served as manager of diversity affairs for NASCAR in Daytona Beach, Florida. Earlier in her career, she held management positions with PS Energy Group and Delta Airlines, both in Atlanta, Georgia.
Brennan holds a B.A. in economics from the College of Notre Dame.
