Crews worked non-stop to repair the main which broke late Wednesday night. As a precautionary measure, about 50 homes in the area have been notified to boil water before using it for drinking or other consumption. United Water crews will sample the water to ensure that it meets safe drinking water standards. It typically takes about 48 hours to get test results.Those 50 customers will be notified when the boil water advisory has been lifted.
