United Water Cares

UW Cares is our nonprofit program that helps customers who need temporary financial assistance to maintain their water service.

Unexpected financial crises—job loss, illness, casualty, or military service—can happen to anyone and make it difficult to meet day-to-day expenses.

When such crises occur, we step in to help.

Through UW Cares, we provide financial assistance to our customers who are having trouble paying their water bill.
