Summer Internship Program

Now in partnership with Center for Leadership Development (CLD)

United Water has a strong history of supporting education.

Our Summer Internship Program is only one of the avenues we have used to demonstrate that commitment. Employees volunteer their time so that we can provide better one-on-one mentoring for the students.

United Water is excited to embark upon its 19^th consecutive year to offer paid summer internships to high school students. This internship is offered to select juniors, seniors, and recent graduates who have completed CLD's Self Discovery and Business Operation Project (BOP) classes. Since its inception in 1994, over 350 students have received hands on training in the areas of office administration, collections, engineering, supply chain management, laboratory, maintenance, and operations. Our internships are more than a summer jobs. The students receive valuable employment skills and information necessary to make future career and educational decisions.
