A Tradition of Reliability

Since 1994, United Water Indianapolis has operated the city’s wastewater treatment facilities and sewage collection system through a public-private partnership.

During this time, we have enhanced the environment by improving wastewater collection and treatment services for the city of Indianapolis and surrounding communities. Among our many responsibilities, we operate and maintain the two advanced wastewater treatment facilities which have a combined average daily flow of 193 million gallons per day.

In November 2007, a new contract was signed between the city and our company to continue the relationship.  

Our excellent performance record has earned numerous awards from national associations including the National Association of Clean Water Agencies.
