2012 Flushing Program Begins Monday, April 9United Water Idaho’s spring water main flushing program begins Monday, April 9. Unlike past years, when most of the work has been done at night, this year’s water main maintenance program will include one week of daytime flushing. During the week of April 9-13, United Water employees will be flushing water out of blowoff valves, located in the street, instead of fire hydrants.
