Customer Billing
For all customers payment is due by the due date indicated on your bill. You have a number of choices when it comes to paying your bill.
Online Bill Payment
You can pay your bill online by credit card through Western Union Speedpay. There is a $1.99 convenience fee associated with this service.
By Mail
You can return your check or money order by mail using the envelope in your bill. Please include your stub portion with your bill. These payments go to our lockbox vendor for processing. Any payments received without the billing stub cannot be processed and will be delayed by one to two days until they can be forwarded to our business office.
If you pay online through your bank or misplace your payment envelope, please note that our payment address is PO BOX 371804, Pittsburgh, PA 15250-7804.

At our office at 8248 West Victory Road, during normal business hours or use the night deposit. Or you can pay at our payment center at the US Bank on 10th and Idaho.
Inquiry and Complaint Resolution
Although we work hard to give you the best service we can, there may come a time when you have a service problem. If you have a question or a complaint, call one of our Customer Service Representatives at the number above. In most cases, one of our Customer Service Representatives will be able to resolve your complaint. If for some reason your complaint is not handled to your satisfaction, then you may have your complaint reviewed by a member of the United Water Idaho management team. Should you still be dissatisfied and want further assistance, you can contact the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC).
