Classes are held at the Boise Public Library, located at 715 South Capitol Boulevard, Boise, ID 83702 on Thursday evenings from 6pm to 8:30pm. Dates and class topics include:
February 25: Turf Selection and Care
March 4: Soil Improvement
March 11: Efficient Irrigation & Native Plants
March 18: Design a Xeric Landscape
March 25: Drought Tolerant Tree Selection
April 1: Composting and Landscape Maintenance

We also encourage all of our customers to save money and conserve water by using water wisely.
You can save water and money by:
- Installing water-saving showerheads and faucets
- Fixing leaky toilets
- Turning off the water while you’re brushing your teeth
- Using high-efficiency appliances
- Only using dishwashers if they are full
- Using water from dehumidifiers to water plants
An important strategy to reduce water use is water-efficient landscaping.
