Chief Operating Officer

Robert Iacullo oversees operations and management of United Water’s water and wastewater businesses across the nation. In this capacity he has overall responsibility for the company's regulated and contract services business lines. He also serves as president of United Water New Jersey and United Water New York, the company’s largest water businesses, which serve about one million people in the metropolitan area.

Iacullo joined United Water New Jersey in 1980 as a rate analyst. He has held positions of increasing responsibility including vice president of regulatory business, vice president of United Waterworks and president of the New York/New Jersey Metro Region and chief operating officer of United Water's regulated business segment.

Before joining United Water, Iacullo was a rate analyst with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities.

He is president of the National Association of Water Companies (NAWC) where he serves on the board of directors and the government relations committee. He has also served as past director and chairman of the association’s New Jersey chapter. Iacullo is a commissioner of the New Jersey Water Supply Authority. He is also a member of the board of directors for the New Jersey Utility Association, the Bergen County Economic Development Corporation and the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey.

Iacullo holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Montclair State University and an M.B.A. in finance from Farleigh Dickinson University.
