JC Goldman

President, Contract Services

JC Goldman

JC Goldman has responsibility for overseeing the operations and management of United Water‘s non-regulated businesses nationwide. His primary focus is on public-private partnerships affiliated with municipal water and wastewater systems. These include three of the nation’s largest contracts: Milwaukee, WI; Indianapolis, IN; and Gary, IN. In addition, he is responsible for the company’s non-regulated business strategy. Goldman joined United Water in 2002 as president of the company’s West Region.

He has over 30 years of management experience in the water and wastewater industry as well as a strong record in business development. Before joining United Water, Goldman served as executive vice president of ADS Corporation based in Alabama. He led the firm’s pipeline services business related to domestic and international water and wastewater systems.

Prior to joining ADS, Goldman was senior vice president at Metcalf & Eddy. He also served as a region manager and later as national director of municipal water and wastewater. In those roles, he led teams to deliver engineering, design and construction services on municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects. Goldman also directed major national environmental services projects including turnkey remediation projects for federal government and regional agencies.

He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Mississippi State University and an M.S. in environmental engineering from the University of Illinois. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in six states.
